Isabel Strychacz

Isabel Strychacz is from a small town in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended Mills College in Oakland, where she received two BA degrees in English/Creative Writing and in History. She was the recipient of the college’s award for top fiction prose in 2016, and had two short stories, “The Warning” and “All the Things That Can’t Get Lost” published in the Mills literary journal The Walrus. Her debut Young Adult novel, Starling, was published by Simon & Schuster in November 2021. See the gorgeous cover reveal, here.

Isabel currently lives in the middle of England thanks to an international romance, and she spends her time outlining new novels, blogging, and missing In-N-Out. When she’s not writing you can find her reading voraciously, knitting blankets, and slaying monsters in World of Warcraft.
